Nelson Family Clinic has a family pratice physician and nurse practitioner on staff. We also refer and consult with specialists throughout the Fox Valley. When hospitalization is necessary, we arrange referral to the appropriate hospital and to the appropriate medical or surgical specialist.

The clinic staff is independent and arranges for hospital and specialist care depending on an individual's preference and insurance requirements. We refer to all hospitals and specialists in the region.
